Stefanini Group expands AI capabilities for enterprise adoption

The gap between artificial intelligence projects and their business results has become a challenge for large organizations.
Stefanini Group announced changes to its global consulting operation, along with a certification plan for more than 3,000 professionals and a new AWS Generative AI Competency.
The expansion of generative artificial intelligence in companies is shifting the discussion from innovation projects toward applications linked to revenue, costs and operating results. In this context, Stefanini Group will strengthen its global Consulting Services area and expand its capabilities to implement AI solutions.
The plan includes an engagement with Anthropic, developer of the Claude family of models, with the goal of certifying more than 3,000 consultants and architects. In addition, Stefanini Group has obtained the Generative AI (GenAI) Competency from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Consulting Services will direct AI toward business results.
The global Consulting Services area will serve as a link between client strategy and technology execution, with projects aimed at increasing revenue, optimizing costs and expanding EBITDA for the companies it serves.
The approach involves supporting projects from design and development through solution operation and adoption. To this end, the structure brings together capabilities in Technology, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Operations, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Marketing & Commerce and Financial Technology.
In addition to technology implementation, the proposal includes promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence within organizations, with the goal of ensuring that its use translates into tangible results and has an impact on the P&L (the English abbreviation for Profit and Loss).
This shift moves the discussion around artificial intelligence from technical areas to the executive decision-making table, with use cases prioritized according to their financial and operational impact.
“Our commitment is to ensure that every artificial intelligence initiative addresses a need and becomes a tangible result for the client, whether in revenue, efficiency or EBITDA. Global consulting is what connects strategy with real business impact.” — Enrico Geiger, Global Head of Consulting Services at Stefanini Group.
Anthropic and the certification of more than 3,000 professionals.
The relationship with Anthropic seeks to expand the pool of professionals trained to design, implement and operate generative artificial intelligence solutions based on governance, security and results.
The company plans to certify more than 3,000 consultants and architects, an initiative aimed at maintaining consistent delivery capabilities across its global operations and accelerating the adoption of generative AI in mission-critical projects for its clients.
“Investing in the certification of these consultants and architects is investing in our ability to deliver artificial intelligence at scale, with the maturity that enterprise clients demand. The engagement with Anthropic strengthens this path.” — Rodrigo Stefanini, CEO Latam and Spain at Stefanini Group.
AWS recognizes generative artificial intelligence capabilities.
The third measure announced is the acquisition of the Generative AI (GenAI) Competency from AWS, which joins the recognitions Stefanini Group maintains within the AWS Partner Network.
The specialization is obtained through a technical assessment that validates experience and successful cases in implementing generative artificial intelligence solutions on AWS infrastructure. Among the services used is Amazon Bedrock.
In practice, the three initiatives — the strengthening of Consulting Services, the engagement with Anthropic and the new AWS competency — expand the capabilities described by Stefanini Group to take artificial intelligence projects from design through implementation and operation.
“The AWS Competency demonstrates our ability to take artificial intelligence from pilot to production, with the solidity that clients expect from a global partner.” — Rodrigo Stefanini, CEO Latam and Spain at Stefanini Group.
