Davos 2026 turns to AI to navigate its largest summit ever

More than 3,000 global decision-makers will rely on AI to streamline scheduling, networking, and access critical insights.

What if global leaders had an assistant capable of thinking and acting on their behalf?

A new AI tool promises to transform the way the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting is experienced.

Amid packed agendas, urgent decisions, and pivotal meetings, the need for clear and timely guidance is more human than technological. Against this backdrop, Salesforce announced the integration of the World Economic Forum’s institutional knowledge through Agentforce 360, an AI solution designed to support over 3,000 global leaders during the 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place from January 19 to 23 in Davos, Switzerland.

This initiative takes shape in EVA, a new proactive, high-precision concierge application built on the Agentforce 360 platform. Unlike traditional systems, EVA functions as an AI agent capable of reasoning, prioritizing, and acting on behalf of attendees, leveraging more than a decade of trusted institutional data from the World Economic Forum.

A Frictionless Davos.

The 2026 edition is set to be the largest in the Forum’s history, with over 450 sessions and thousands of specialized interactions. In this context, EVA aims to bridge the gap between the vast amount of knowledge available and leaders’ actual capacity for action.

The tool serves as a unified interface that simplifies navigation, agenda management, and strategic networking.
The application brings together AI agents, data, and people on a single platform, designed to reduce manual tasks and transform pre-event preparation into actionable intelligence.

Its features include session recommendations, scheduling of bilateral meetings, and the generation of briefing documents in seconds.

AI at the Service of Leadership.

Marc Benioff, Chairman and CEO of Salesforce, comments:

“As we drive the largest Davos in history, we are excited for every attendee to experience what it means to have an AI agent working by their side—and how Agentforce enhances what individuals and organizations can achieve. EVA, powered by Agentforce 360, is far more than a chatbot. It is a data-driven, agentic concierge that helps leaders move faster, prepare better, and take action. This is the Agentic Enterprise brought to life.”

From the World Economic Forum’s perspective, the initiative also aims to strengthen internal operations and participant experience. Børge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, states:

“We are deploying AI agents to support our team in preparing the event and to enhance the participant experience. We are not just optimizing agendas; we are unlocking the full depth of the Forum’s institutional knowledge and putting it directly into the hands of every attendee.”

Smart Agendas in Action.

During the 56th Annual Meeting, members will be able to use EVA to personalize their agendas, including the recommendation, booking, rescheduling, or cancellation of bilateral meetings and sessions.

They will also be able to navigate the campus with step-by-step guidance and prepare for key meetings with briefs generated from the Forum’s comprehensive database, presented in clear and easily digestible formats.

To enable these capabilities, Agentforce 360 leverages Data 360, Salesforce’s hyperscalable data engine, along with Agentforce Marketing and event-specific knowledge articles.
Data 360 centralizes over 500 custom objects from the Forum’s Salesforce CRM, enabling autonomous and contextual resolution of frequently asked questions.

This deployment is part of a broader technology infrastructure that supports the Annual Meeting and other Forum events throughout the year. Agentforce Service powers omnichannel support across web and mobile devices, while Agentforce Marketing manages personalized communications, invitations, and user journeys.

Additionally, MuleSoft securely connects the CRM with external systems for finance, HR, travel, and operations, while Tableau converts data into actionable insights on participation and engagement.

Looking ahead, the World Economic Forum plans to scale the use of Agentforce 360 to streamline processes such as membership registration and case management, aiming to deliver highly personalized, high-touch experiences without increasing operational workload for teams or attendees.
