Veeam Software announced a new solution designed to identify impacts, prioritize incidents and restore only affected information.


Veeam Software announced Veeam Intelligent ResOps, a new platform designed to integrate data context, artificial intelligence activity and recovery capabilities into enterprise resilience operations.

The company stated that the solution aims to help organizations identify impacts, prioritize incidents and restore only affected data during security events or operational failures.

According to Veeam, the platform is part of the new Veeam DataAI Command architecture and was developed for environments where AI assistants and autonomous agents are increasingly embedded into business processes and automated data workflows.

The company noted that one of the main challenges organizations face is understanding which data has been modified, which systems are exposed and what information should be recovered without requiring large-scale restorations.

Companies seek contextual resilience in AI-driven environments.

At the core of the platform is DataAI Command Graph, an intelligence layer that maps data, users, permissions, AI activity and protection status to provide operational context during incidents and recovery processes.

This approach allows teams to identify critical data, assess risk exposure and determine which information remains protected across hybrid and cloud environments.

Rehan Jalil, President of Products and Technology at Veeam Software, noted:

According to specialists, a malicious or erroneous action executed by automated systems can rapidly propagate across thousands of files before being detected.

In this environment, resilience operations increasingly require not only recovery points, but also visibility into data changes, user activity and AI agent behavior.

The platform incorporates capabilities focused on contextual intelligence, data lifecycle monitoring, AI agent activity analysis and precise recovery of affected information.

Microsoft 365 is the first workload supported by the solution, including environments such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange.

According to the company, the platform will allow organizations to identify sensitive data, monitor activity associated with AI agents and accelerate recovery processes without requiring extensive restorations.
