Ivanti expands AI platform with autonomous IT and cybersecurity capabilities

The company introduced Continuous Compliance for Ivanti Neurons Patch Management and an AI-powered self-service agent for ITSM to automate patching, incident resolution and IT operations.

 


The growing complexity of technology environments is driving companies to adopt artificial intelligence to automate critical IT and security tasks.

Ivanti announced new capabilities for Ivanti Neurons aimed at automating IT management and strengthening cybersecurity across organizations in Latin America.


Growing technological complexity and the increasing number of cybersecurity threats are prompting organizations to seek more automated and scalable operating models.

In this context, Ivanti announced new capabilities for its Ivanti Neurons AI platform to enable autonomous IT operations and strengthen the protection of technology environments across organizations in Latin America.

The company said these autonomous capabilities enable IT and security teams to detect, decide and act autonomously while maintaining mechanisms for trust, governance and control. The initiative is part of Ivanti’s strategy to strengthen its regional presence and promote more autonomous, intelligent and efficient IT operations.

Autonomous operations.

According to Ivanti, the Ivanti Neurons platform combines a unified agentic AI framework with device data, lifecycle status, licensing, support context and asset relationships to provide contextual insights that enable automated workflows in complex environments.

According to Ivanti’s State of Cybersecurity Report 2026, based on a survey of more than 1,200 security professionals worldwide, 83% of organizations increased their cybersecurity budgets over the past year.

However, the gap between perceived threat levels and actual defense capabilities widened by 10 percentage points compared with the previous year, demonstrating, according to the company, that increased spending does not always translate into stronger protection capabilities.

For Latin America, where resources are often more limited and technology fragmentation is greater, Ivanti believes this situation represents an ongoing operational challenge.

Max Mayorga, Regional Vice President for Latin America at Ivanti, explained:

”Many companies in Latin America already face IT environments whose complexity exceeds the capacity of traditional manual response. Organizations need more autonomous and intelligent operations to detect and remediate vulnerabilities in real time.”

The company said it is prioritizing expansion in financial services, government, healthcare, telecommunications and digital retail, where technology fragmentation presents greater operational and security risks. Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Peru are among the strategic markets for this regional growth.

New capabilities.

Ivanti’s strategy aims to support organizations in transitioning from manual, reactive operations to an AI-driven model in which endpoints can be discovered, protected, updated and managed with minimal human intervention.

This release introduces two primary capabilities:

Autonomous Patch Compliance.

Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management incorporates Continuous Compliance, an automated framework that identifies non-compliant endpoints and deploys out-of-cycle updates to devices that missed scheduled maintenance. According to the company, this capability is designed to maintain continuous compliance and reduce manual intervention as the volume of security updates continues to grow.

Agentic AI Solution for ITSM.

Ivanti announced the controlled release of an AI-powered self-service agent for Ivanti Neurons, designed to provide autonomous incident resolution through policy controls, approval workflows and data context. The company said the solution delivers real-time insights and remediation to reduce resolution times, lower ticket volumes and improve operational efficiency. The capability will be available to customers who request access.

In practice, these new capabilities expand the use of artificial intelligence within the Ivanti Neurons platform to automate IT and cybersecurity processes through governed, context-aware workflows.

Regional strategy.

Dennis Kozak, CEO of Ivanti, provided additional details about the new capabilities:

The company said these updates to Ivanti Neurons further strengthen the platform for autonomous IT operations by combining data, artificial intelligence and automated remediation to reduce operational risk. It also said it will continue strengthening its partner ecosystem through enablement initiatives, demand generation and business development opportunities for the channel across Latin America.
