Globant-OpenAI alliance accelerates responsible AI adoption

Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has announced a multi-year partnership with OpenAI to accelerate the secure and scalable implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in organizations worldwide.
The collaboration will combine OpenAI’s advanced models with Globant’s expertise in digital engineering and AI solution deployment.
Global Strategic Collaboration.
In response to the growing need for companies to move beyond experimental phases and integrate AI into their production processes, this alliance will provide technology solutions targeting businesses in North America, Latin America, and other regions.
This was highlighted by Martín Migoya, co-founder and CEO of Globant:
“We are honored to be one of OpenAI’s global service partners, and especially proud to be the first partner headquartered in Latin America. This recognition reflects Globant’s deep technical expertise, our culture of innovation, and our ability to scale transformative AI solutions across various industries. As trusted leaders in digital evolution, we are excited to contribute to the responsible adoption of generative AI for our clients worldwide.”
Outcomes and Concrete Use Cases.
Ksenia Chumachenko, Director of Go-to-Market Partnerships at OpenAI, stated:
“At OpenAI, our focus is on helping organizations generate value from AI in a safe and responsible manner. We are thrilled to collaborate with Globant to bring our AI models and products to our shared customers.”
The early results of this collaboration are already reflected in projects such as the one developed with Cordis, a leading medical device company. In just four months, more than 200 Cordis employees adopted ChatGPT Enterprise, using it to consolidate ISO documents, generate FDA-compliant reports, and create workflows with APIs.
According to Joseph DiPrima, VP of Information Technology at Cordis, company representatives explain:
“With Globant’s help, we implemented ChatGPT Enterprise across multiple teams—from quality and compliance to engineering and IT—and saw immediate value. We’re talking about thousands of hours saved, smarter decisions, and a shift in how our people work every day.”
Additionally, 95% of users reported at least a 15% increase in weekly productivity, and 86% rated ChatGPT Enterprise as essential to their daily work.
New Solutions and the Future.
The alliance has also given rise to innovative solutions such as LinguaFlow, a co-created enterprise translation platform that optimizes large-scale multilingual workflows.
This tool uses AI to improve the accuracy and context of translations while providing real-time tracking and cost control, redefining corporate communication and productivity with intelligent systems.
Globant and OpenAI aim to facilitate organizations in developing and implementing AI solutions at an enterprise scale, combining advanced technology with industry-specific knowledge to promote intelligent, scalable, and secure digital reinvention.
Aligned with this purpose, Globant launched AI Pods, a subscription-based engineering service model powered by AI agents and supervised by experts. This service is designed to accelerate solution development and generate business value, offering a new approach for companies seeking to incorporate AI deeply and responsibly into their operations.
