TCS announces launch of its largest technology Hub in Brazil
Latin American tech talent continues to find new opportunities to grow within their own region.
This time, a multi-million-dollar investment once again places the region on the global innovation map.
With a strategy that combines employment, innovation, and regional development, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the construction of its largest service center in Latin America.
The state-of-the-art technology campus will be located in Londrina, Brazil, and aims to position the region as a key player in the global digital economy. The new campus will be developed with an initial investment of USD 37 million. It is scheduled for completion in 2027 and will create over 1,600 jobs.
From this location, TCS will operate as a strategic hub to provide technology services to clients across multiple industries in Latin America. This initiative reinforces TCS’s regional presence and its capacity to export high-value services.
Strategic Regional Investment
This initiative represents one of the company’s largest investments in the region. It builds on other recent projects led by the India-based firm. Among these are the inauguration of TCS’s Google Cloud Gemini Experience Center (GEC) in São Paulo, and an Artificial Intelligence-based Research and Innovation Center in the same city.
Additionally, a new operations center is planned to open in Mexico City in 2025. This center is projected to generate over 5,000 jobs.
Innovation Network
The company’s strategy focuses on building a regional innovation network. This network aims to develop and strengthen local tech talent.
In Mexico, TCS operates a Threat Management Center in Querétaro, dedicated to advanced cybersecurity. It also runs an Innovation Center in Guadalajara, aimed at driving digital transformation for global clients using specialized local talent.
In Colombia, the company runs an Experience Room in Bogotá. This space is focused on co-creation and improving customer experience. Regionally, the Co-Innovation Network (COIN™) connects universities, startups, and global companies.

Currently, TCS employs more than 1,500 people in Chile, 2,000 in Colombia, 11,500 in Mexico, and over 26,000 across Latin America.
With the upcoming openings in Brazil and Mexico, the company expects to surpass 33,000 employees in the region. This reinforces its role as one of the continent’s main generators of tech employment.
