Sustainability Report 2025

Endava’s FY2025 sustainability report presents the evolution of its sustainability strategy and reporting approach, covering people and communities, responsible operations, environmental impact and innovation, while detailing progress on ESG reporting, emissions reduction and responsible technology.

The report outlines Endava’s transition from five sustainability pillars to four: Our People and Communities, Operating Responsibly, Environmental Impact and Accelerating Innovation.

The new structure was informed by a Double Materiality Assessment with limited assurance and reflects a closer alignment with CSRD principles. The report also highlights the approval of Endava’s near- and long-term science-based emissions reduction targets, including its net-zero target, by the SBTi.

Across its social and governance agenda, Endava reports on learning and development, inclusion, wellbeing, community initiatives, ethical conduct, data privacy, cybersecurity and governance.

FY2025 highlights include the launch of the AI Academy, the fifth year of the Endava Wellbeing Programme, the Inclusion Spotlight initiative, ISO 37001 certification for its UK headquarters and 99% completion of mandatory Code of Conduct training among active Endavans.

The environmental section covers greenhouse-gas emissions, environmental management, CDP disclosures and progress toward the company’s climate targets.

The innovation section addresses sustainable and responsible AI, the use of AI across Endava’s operations, strategic technology partnerships and Dava.X, which provides expertise across areas including AI, cloud, cybersecurity, sustainability, quantum and core modernisation.
