TD SYNNEX strengthens its cloud strategy with the acquisition of Apptium
TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has announced the acquisition of Apptium, a Virginia-based software development company specializing in cloud commerce platforms.
This transaction represents a key strategic investment that will significantly expand the company’s capabilities in cloud solutions and everything-as-a-service (XaaS) models.
Apptium, which has operated as a strategic partner within TD SYNNEX’s StreamOne platform, will bring its technical expertise and world-class platform to accelerate the development and enhancement of the company’s digital solutions orchestration offering.
Strengthening the Strategy.
StreamOne serves as the cornerstone of the company’s digital strategy by empowering partners to make data-driven decisions, leveraging customer insights and aggregated solutions.
The integration with Apptium will further amplify this approach, combining technical and industry expertise to deliver more comprehensive solutions to both providers and customers.
