Stablecoin Conference brings financial and blockchain leaders to Mexico City

In this context, Bitso Business announced the Stablecoin Conference 2026, which will take place on June 15 and 16 at the World Trade Center in Mexico City.
The event will bring together representatives from the financial sector, technology companies, developers and regulators to discuss trends related to stablecoins, digital payments and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.

According to the “Real-Time Money” report published by Bitso Business, Mexico’s SPEI payment system processed more than 7 billion transfers in 2025, representing transactions worth more than MXN 347 trillion.
According to the company, these figures reflect the continued digitization of financial transactions and the growing adoption of electronic payment mechanisms across the country.
The company also noted that stablecoins have gained relevance as tools for cross-border payments and transfers.

According to the organizers, the previous edition of the Stablecoin Conference attracted more than 1,800 attendees from 43 countries, representing over 800 companies.
For the 2026 edition, organizers expect approximately 2,500 participants.
