1. Lighter, more agile cars with active aerodynamics.

The system optimizes data delivery from the paddock network to remote users over the internet, allowing engineers and analysts to work almost simultaneously. Thanks to improvements in latency, reliability, and synchronization, response times dropped significantly—from 9 seconds in the previous system to under 5 seconds in live connections.
This enables faster reactions to race situations and accelerates learning with the new cars. The information is used by on-track engineers, drivers reviewing laps, and technical teams working from factories.
3. 50/50 power units: hybrid performance and sustainable fuels.
Power units maintain the 1.6L V6 turbo hybrid, but with a major structural change: electric energy now plays a role equivalent to the combustion engine.
This new setup eliminates the MGU-H and incorporates 100% advanced sustainable fuels, aligning sporting competitiveness with energy transition objectives.
4. Artificial intelligence to understand new regulations.
AI is also taking a role in fan engagement.
