Forrester highlighted NTT DATA for its sustainable software capabilities and IT efficiency for AI- and machine learning-intensive environments.
NTT DATA was recognized as a leader in The Forrester Wave™: IT Sustainability Services, Q1 2026, an evaluation that analyzes providers of IT sustainability services. The report also noted that the company received above-average customer ratings.
According to Forrester, one of NTT DATA’s key strengths is its focus on sustainable software for organizations with heavy use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, where IT efficiency directly affects energy consumption and carbon footprint.
