Under the slogan “Gaming Without Limits, AI Beyond Imagination,” ASRock showcased at Computex 2025 its vision for the future by merging high-performance gaming innovation with advanced artificial intelligence applications.
Hernán Chapitel, ASRock’s Sales Director for Latin America, explains:
“This year, we presented a dual approach encompassing both top-tier gaming and AI applications. From immersive gaming setups to AI-driven solutions, the exhibit underscores ASRock’s commitment to innovation in both domains. We invite visitors to explore our latest products and technologies and to experience the Phantom Gaming Zone.”
Motherboards and New Platforms.
Among the highlights was the X870E Taichi OCF motherboard, the first OC Formula model based on the AMD platform.
Also unveiled were the Phantom Gaming X870 Nova WiFi—the first high-end model with the X870 chipset—and other motherboards built on the X870, B850, B840, and A620A chipsets.
These solutions target demanding users seeking peak performance in gaming and content creation.
The company also integrated AI solutions developed in collaboration with Intel, demonstrating how Intel® Core™ Ultra processors enhance gaming and streaming experiences.
These innovations brought AI capabilities into everyday digital entertainment scenarios.
Monitors for Extreme Gaming.
ASRock also showcased its revamped monitor lineup, led by the Phantom Gaming PG27QFW2A, the first gaming monitor with a 400 Hz refresh rate, QHD resolution, and a wide-angle IPS panel.
Chapitel notes:
“This model delivers ultra-fast response times alongside vivid, lifelike colors. Combining speed, stability, and stunning visuals, it represents the new face of ASRock’s high refresh rate series, designed specifically for FPS and racing games.”
Joining this was the PG27FFX2A with a 520 Hz refresh rate, a model that garnered significant attention since its debut for balancing extreme speed with image quality, aimed at competitive gaming.
In the OLED segment, ASRock introduced four new gaming monitors, including the PGO32QFSA, a 32-inch 4K display with a 240 Hz refresh rate and Samsung’s QD-OLED panel.
According to the executive:
“By combining the high brightness and color accuracy of Quantum Dot technology with the deep contrast of OLED panels, the PGO32UFSA delivers an exceptional visual experience, making it an ideal choice for both passionate gamers and content creators demanding superior image quality.”
Efficient Power Supplies and Mini PCs.
The company also expanded its power supply line with the new Taichi, Phantom Gaming, and Steel Legend series, designed to cover all ranges and ready to support next-generation GPUs.
They comply with Intel ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards, handle peak loads from 200% to 235%, and offer up to 600W through a single cable thanks to their 12V-2×6 connector.
Chapitel provides additional details:
“ASRock power supplies use 100% Japanese capacitors, Infineon CoolMOS, and SiC SBD components, ensuring durability. With iCOOL mode, the 135mm FDB fan automatically stops during low loads for a quieter and more efficient experience. Meanwhile, the 5V BOOST function provides enhanced power stability. Backed by warranties up to 10 years, these units are built to meet the demands of high-performance systems.”
As part of its conceptual proposal, ASRock also presented a white RGB-lit version of its Steel Legend power supply.
Additionally, it showcased a dual-color L-type 12V-2×6 cable with overheating protection, compatible with the Taichi and Phantom Gaming series.
Mini PCs and Compact Solutions.
Mini PCs also took center stage at the event. The new DeskMini B860 (Intel) and DeskMini X600/USB4 (AMD) models were developed to offer high performance, efficiency, and easy upgradability for office, educational, and entertainment environments.
The DeskMini B860 supports Thunderbolt 4, output for four displays, and CSODIMM memory, complying with Energy Star 9.0 and Modern Standby functions.
Meanwhile, the DeskMini X600/USB4 supports AM5 processors, replaces the D-sub interface with USB4, supports output for three displays, and is prepared for AICam, an AI-enhanced video software developed with AMD.
Chapitel remarks:
“AICam leverages NPU technology to offload CPU and integrated GPU usage, enabling smoother video conferencing, online education, and live streaming, distinguishing it as an outstanding AI application.”
Finally, the multinational also introduced the H810TM-ITX, a Thin Mini-ITX motherboard designed for compact systems such as all-in-one PCs or Mini PCs, adding another option to its lineup of space-saving solutions.
