TCS and Google Cloud expand AI-native alliance
The evolution of enterprise AI is moving toward more autonomous and operational models.
TCS expanded its alliance with Google Cloud to develop agentic AI solutions aimed at corporate and mission-critical environments.
Companies are advancing in the adoption of artificial intelligence systems designed to automate processes and accelerate decision-making. In this context, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced the expansion of its strategic alliance with Google Cloud to develop enterprise operating models based on agentic AI.
The collaboration seeks to support the deployment and management of AI systems aimed at streamlining decision-making in complex business and IT functions, without increasing risk or operational complexity. The companies also aim to strengthen governance and security in regulated and mission-critical environments.
AI for autonomous operations.
Within this framework, TCS introduced four solutions aimed at facilitating the transition from AI pilot projects to models of operational autonomy.
Among them is TCS Agentic AI Data Accelerator, focused on reducing data transition cycles by up to 40% and creating a cloud-native foundation for AI at scale.
The company also launched TCS Physical AI Blueprint and TCS Smart Factory Blueprint, tools that use computer vision and agentic orchestration to enable safer and semi-autonomous industrial environments.
In addition, TCS AI SOC powered by Google SecOps is a solution designed to accelerate the response and remediation of security incidents and strengthen organizations’ cyber defense capabilities.

Expansion of AI agents.
According to TCS, the next stage of the alliance will focus on accelerating the adoption of specialized AI-based agents through cloud infrastructure and capabilities adapted to different industries.
In practice, this involves incorporating specialized AI agents into companies’ technology environments to automate processes and support corporate operations.

As part of this expansion, TCS incorporated Gemini Enterprise into its portfolio of solutions and developed more than 3,000 agents with contextualized capabilities for different industries on this platform.
These agents can be integrated into client environments and are supported by certified talent trained in Google Cloud. The company is also extending these capabilities to its employees through the tcsAI initiative.

Global AI centers.
TCS also announced the global expansion of its Gemini Experience Centers, spaces focused on the development and prototyping of AI-based solutions. The company currently has seven operational centers worldwide and expects to exceed 10 centers by the end of 2026. The most recent, located in Troy, Michigan, is focused on physical AI applications for manufacturing.
The expansion of the alliance between TCS and Google Cloud is focused on broadening the enterprise use of agentic AI systems and cloud-based tools to automate operations and manage corporate processes at scale.
