82% of leaders consider 2026 a decisive year for rethinking artificial intelligence strategy and capabilities. The figure, included in Microsoft’s Work Trend Index, reflects the pressure organizations face to update their teams’ skills in an environment of rapid technological transformation.

The shift is also changing how people learn. The evolution of technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, quantum computing and autonomous agents is moving learning beyond one-off courses toward ongoing upskilling that must keep pace with technological change.

The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 estimates that 59% of the global workforce will need upskilling or reskilling by 2030, while 39% of current skills will change significantly over the next five years.

Against this backdrop, Learning Heroes announced the evolution of its educational offering toward a subscription model, providing access to artificial intelligence and emerging technology content through a single platform without requiring users to purchase each course separately.

Companies also prioritize skills development
