Only 38% of organizations in Colombia say they have the talent needed to effectively implement artificial intelligence projects, according to the Deloitte State of Generative AI in the Enterprise 2025 study for Latin America.

The talent gap comes as companies accelerate the adoption of AI-based solutions to automate processes and personalize customer service.

In this context, Covisian Academy, in collaboration with Universidad de los Andes as its academic partner, presents the executive program “Leading the Transformation of Customer Experience with AI,” aimed at executives and senior leaders from large companies.

Training to lead the transformation with AI.

The program will reach its sixth edition in 2026 and will focus on acquiring advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence and its various subsets, including generative AI.

In practice, the initiative seeks to prepare leaders to integrate AI, strategy and talent management into the transformation of customer experience.

The training will address six dimensions: leadership for AI adoption, advanced analytics applied to Customer Experience, intelligent agents and technology ecosystems, hybrid operations between people and artificial intelligence, AI governance and ethics, and the design of business cases focused on return on investment.

Beyond the adoption of new technologies, the proposal is based on the premise that artificial intelligence requires new skills to manage hybrid teams, make data-driven decisions and design personalized customer experiences.

An in-person program with international participation.

The program will begin on September 16 and will consist of 16 hours of in-person training delivered over three months. The methodology will combine in-person sessions, case analysis, executive workshops and the exchange of experiences among leaders from sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, e-commerce, utilities and services.

The training will also feature national and international experts in artificial intelligence, analytics, innovation and business strategy. Among them will be Diego Páramo, director of the Master’s in Applied Artificial Intelligence at ADEN Business School and a former Google speaker; and Tito Neyra, professor of Executive Education at Universidad de los Andes and a leading expert in data and AI strategies. Specialists in digital transformation and business models from Spain, Italy, Peru, Chile and Colombia will also participate.

”From our relationship with our own clients, we know firsthand what concerns them or what they need to manage their relationship with them,” said Virginia Mateos, Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Grupo Covisian and Director of Smile CX Academy in Spain, Latin America and Italy.

AI, strategy and talent management.

The evolution of Customer Experience, according to the company’s approach, depends on organizations developing leaders capable of integrating artificial intelligence, strategy and talent management into a single transformation model.

The Covisian Academy and Universidad de los Andes program offers training focused on the leadership skills needed to manage the incorporation of artificial intelligence into customer experience.
