Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has announced a multi-year strategic partnership with OpenAI to promote the secure, scalable, and responsible implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in enterprises globally. This collaboration combines OpenAI’s advanced models with Globant’s expertise in digital engineering and AI solution integration.

Through this alliance, both companies aim to support organizations facing the challenge of moving beyond experimentation to embed AI into their core workflows. These solutions will be available to clients in North America, Latin America, and other regions.

Martín Migoya, co-founder and CEO of Globant, states:

“It is an honor for us to be one of OpenAI’s global service partners, and we are especially proud to be the first partner based in Latin America. This recognition reflects Globant’s deep technical expertise, our culture of innovation, and our ability to scale transformative AI solutions across various industries. As trusted leaders in digital evolution, we are excited to contribute to the responsible adoption of generative AI for our clients worldwide.”

Global Reach and Initial Applications.

At OpenAI, the significance of this collaboration was also emphasized. Ksenia Chumachenko, Director of Go-to-Market Partnerships at OpenAI, expressed:

“At OpenAI, our focus is on helping organizations generate value from AI in a safe and responsible manner. We are thrilled to collaborate with Globant to bring our AI models and products to our joint customers.”

Early deployments are already delivering tangible results. Medical device company Cordis partnered with Globant to implement ChatGPT Enterprise across several departments.
In just four months, more than 200 employees began using the tool to consolidate ISO documents, generate reports compliant with FDA regulations, and create workflows utilizing APIs.
The benefits were significant and measurable: 95% of users reported at least a 15% increase in their weekly productivity, and 86% considered ChatGPT Enterprise essential to their daily work.

Joseph DiPrima, VP of Information Technology at Cordis, affirms:

“With Globant’s support, we deployed ChatGPT Enterprise across multiple teams—from quality and compliance to engineering and IT—and saw immediate value. We’re talking thousands of hours saved, smarter decisions, and a shift in how our people work every day.”

AI-Driven Solutions.

The partnership has also led to the creation of new solutions such as LinguaFlow, a business translation platform co-developed by both companies. This AI-powered tool optimizes large-scale multilingual workflows, enhancing accuracy, contextual understanding, operational efficiency, and real-time cost control.

With a clear focus on scaling AI’s impact in the corporate world, Globant recently introduced AI Pods—a subscription-based engineering service model powered by AI agents and overseen by specialists.
This approach aims to accelerate the development of intelligent solutions and deliver sustained business value.

The Globant–OpenAI partnership reinforces both companies’ commitment to leading a new era of intelligent, scalable digital transformation centered on the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
